Return & Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges

TDtires does not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering mistakes or a change of mind. This applies to all products we sell, including tires, e-bikes and equipment, subject to applicable law and your rights under your Progressive Leasing agreement. Please confirm your product, size and fitment details with us before you order.

This does not limit any right or remedy that applicable consumer-protection law gives you, including for products that arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered.

Order cancellations

Progressive Leasing orders: your signed lease agreement and applicable law govern your cancellation rights. TDtires cannot override them.

Other orders: whether an order can be canceled depends on whether it has been accepted and processed. Orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been accepted and the applicable agreement is signed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will review what can be done.

Nothing here overrides any cancellation or early-purchase right you have under applicable law.

Shipping and delivery timing

Large tire orders may arrive in separate packages on different days, even when they ship together. Please watch your carrier tracking for each package.

We do not promise specific delivery dates. A shipping delay does not by itself give you a right to cancel an order, subject to applicable law and any commitments we have made to you. If you are concerned about a delay, contact us.

Damaged or incorrect products

If your merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us promptly at (757) 784-2767 or tdtires@gmail.com. Please include your name, your order details and a description of the problem.

Photographs, packaging information and tracking details can help us investigate. We will review the circumstances and coordinate an appropriate replacement, exchange, return or other remedy required by law. We cannot promise a specific outcome until we have reviewed what happened.

Any return arrangements we approve, including how a return is shipped, will be communicated to you, subject to applicable law.

Missing or stolen deliveries

If a package is missing, check your carrier tracking and the delivery address, then contact us promptly so we can investigate the delivery with you. Tracking details help us do this.

If a package was stolen after delivery, you may also wish to contact the carrier, your local authorities or your insurer. A "delivered" tracking status does not automatically end our review, and we will look at each situation individually.

Refunds

TDtires does not accept customer payments directly through this website, and Progressive Leasing is currently our only customer payment method. If a refund or other adjustment applies, it will be coordinated according to the original transaction, your Progressive Leasing agreement and Progressive Leasing's requirements, subject to applicable law. We will tell you what to expect when we review your situation.

Manufacturer warranties

Some tires include a manufacturer tread-life or limited warranty, and others do not. Coverage depends on the specific product and the manufacturer's own terms, which the manufacturer sets and administers.

We may help you get warranty information and contact the manufacturer, but we do not guarantee that a claim will be approved. TDtires does not give any additional warranty unless we specifically provide it in writing. Nothing here limits any consumer right you have by law.

Lease-to-own purchases

Progressive Leasing is an independent lease-to-own provider. Progressive Leasing is currently our only customer payment method. Customers apply through its external application, and Progressive Leasing independently determines eligibility and approval. Your Progressive Leasing agreement and applicable law govern your lease payments, early-purchase options, lease cancellation, return and ownership terms.

TDtires handles product inquiries, quotes, order coordination, shipping issues and customer service, but cannot override your rights under that agreement. For questions about your lease agreement, cancellation rights or early-purchase options, please contact Progressive Leasing.
