Return for Refund Policy.

Returns ARE NOT allowed and will not be accepted for any reason.    

Order Cancellation Due to Order Shipment Delays Are Not Allowed.

Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via text or email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our customers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Shipping, Damage, and Incorrect Items Received Policy.

If a shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect customer ordered item, please contact Tire Discount at (757) 784-2767. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement or exchange of the damage or incorrect item(s). We will also arrange for the return.

Unreceived Merchandise Policy.

Once the shipping carrier delivers your merchandise we are no longer responsible for the

Merchandise. Tire Discount does not provide insurance on shipped orders and it is the customers responsibility to be present for order delivery to insure they receive their order. The shipping carriers may deliver merchandise if the customer is present or not. Tire Discount highly advises all customers to arrange to be there when their order is delivered. If your order is stolen after delivery we CAN NOT replace the merchandise. 

If you are not present for your delivery but the shipping carrier has delivered your order but you did not receive it please; 

1. Contact the shipping carrier to insure they in fact did deliver your order.
2. Contact your local Police Department and file a Police report.
3. Contact your homeowners or renters insurance company to file a claim for theft of your order.

Cancellation Request Policy.

Once the customers order is placed and the contract has been signed Cancellations ARE NOT allowed for any reason. .

Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty Policy.

Merchandise covered by a Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty is sold with the Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty. Other than applicable Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Sometimes the manufacturer extends a Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty. Please be aware that not all tires we sale come with a Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a Manufacturer Tread Life Limited Warranty.
