Wide White Wall Tires

Tire Discount is proud to introduce our line of custom made and affordable whitewall tires! Our process takes a radial blackwall tire and turns it into a whitewall tire using real whitewall rubber. This is not paint, but real raw whitewall rubber.  The raw rubber is vulcanized (cured using heat and pressure) to permanently bond the whitewall rubber to the tire. Tire Discount Whitewall tires are made with an added stain blocker. This is a black rubber layer that goes under the white rubber, and its purpose is to keep the whitewall white!

We can do 13”, 14”, 15”, and now some 16” passenger tires with a whitewall of up to 3” inches wide depending on the space available on the sidewall. We are doing custom whitewalls on modern radial tires only, no bias-ply tires.

Our larger whitewalls, 2" and bigger, are made starting closer to the start of the tire's bead as possible and go out toward the tread. Because of the design of our machinery, we cannot make the whitewall edge to edge. Nor can we make the whitewall start right at the bead. There will be at least a 3/8” to 5/8” gap after the bead. But we try to keep it as close as possible to the bead.
