This policy applies to the TDtires website and to the quote requests, contact forms and customer inquiries we receive through it, including by phone, text and email. In this policy, "TDtires," "we" and "us" mean TDTIRES.COM LLC, doing business as Tire Discount.

We have sold tires nationwide for approximately 15 years, including passenger, SUV, pickup, off-road and commercial truck tires, along with other products listed on this site.

Information we collect

When you complete a quote form, contact form or inquiry, or contact us directly, you may give us:

• Your email address
• Your ZIP code
• Product details, such as the tire size, quantity, brand preference or product you are asking about
• Vehicle information, such as the year, make and model of your vehicle
• Any comments or questions you choose to write
• Your preferred way to be contacted and your consent choices for calls, texts and email
• If you place an order, details needed to complete it, such as a shipping address

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the systems that deliver this site may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. We use this only to deliver and secure the site. See "Cookies, analytics and website technologies" below.

• To prepare and send quotes and confirm tire fitment, availability and pricing

Information not to send us

TDtires does not accept customer payments directly through this website. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account details or payment card numbers through our website forms. Please do not enter them in a form or comment field.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business, and we do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers that help us run this website and handle form submissions and email
• Suppliers and distributors, when we need necessary order details to fulfill your request
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
• Progressive Leasing, as described below, but only when you choose to apply with them or tell us you have applied
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or website
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized

Progressive Leasing

Progressive Leasing is our current third-party lease-to-own provider. Applications are made through Progressive Leasing's own secure application process, on its own website. The information you enter there goes to Progressive Leasing, not to TDtires through this site. Progressive Leasing is currently our only customer payment method, and it independently determines eligibility and approval.

How Progressive Leasing collects, uses and protects your information is governed by Progressive Leasing's own privacy policy and terms. Please read them before you apply. Lease-to-own is not a traditional loan, and approval is not guaranteed.

If you tell us you have already applied, we may confirm your status with Progressive Leasing so we can complete your order.

Cookies, analytics and website technologies

At this time, this website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing trackers, and we do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

The pages use fonts loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, so Google receives technical information such as your IP address. Google's use of that information is governed by Google's own policies.

We use a sign-in session for TDtires staff to reach our private dashboard. It applies to staff, not to visitors browsing or sending a form.

Phone, text and email links on this site open your own phone, messaging or email app, which is governed by your device and provider.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies should not stop you from sending a quote request.

Security and staff access

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you send us. Requests are stored in a private staff dashboard that requires a sign-in, and access is limited to authorized TDtires staff who need it for their work. Form submissions are also emailed to the TDtires business mailbox.

No website, email or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Please contact us right away if you believe your information has been misused.

Data retention

We keep quote requests, customer inquiries and order records for as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above, including follow-up, customer service, and legitimate business, tax and legal record-keeping.

Your privacy choices and requests

To ask us to correct or delete your information, email tdtires@gmail.com. We review each request individually, and deletion is not immediate or automatic. We may need to keep some records where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

You can ask us to stop calling, texting or emailing you at any time by telling us through the contact details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.

Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including Progressive Leasing. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated policy.
