Who we are

This website is operated by TDTIRES.COM LLC, doing business as Tire Discount (TDtires), a Virginia-based business. We sell tires and other listed products nationwide. In these terms, "TDtires," "we" and "us" mean TDTIRES.COM LLC. "You" means anyone who uses this website or requests a quote from us.

TDtires is the seller. No other company is a party to these terms, and you do not need an account to use this website or request a quote.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes, to learn about our products and to ask for a quote. When you use it, you agree to:

• Give accurate and current contact and product details so we can reach you and quote correctly
• Use the site only for your own lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access our private staff dashboard, other users' information or any part of the site you are not meant to reach
• Not interfere with the site, overload it, scan it for weaknesses, or introduce harmful code
• Not use automated tools to copy or collect the site's content or customer information
• Not send false, unlawful, abusive or misleading information

Product information and pricing

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information. Product descriptions, brands, tire sizes, specifications, images and prices may change or contain errors, and may not match what is available when you ask.

Fitment depends on your vehicle and use. Please confirm the tire size and details with us before you order. Manufacturer information, where shown, comes from the manufacturer.

Quote requests

A quote request is a request for information. Sending one does not create an order or a contract, and it does not guarantee pricing, product availability, shipping time or that we will accept an order.

We follow up to confirm fitment, availability and the final price. A quote is not binding on either of us until we have accepted an order.

Orders and payment

TDtires does not accept customer payments directly through this website. Progressive Leasing is currently our only customer payment method. Customers apply through Progressive Leasing's external application, and Progressive Leasing independently determines eligibility and approval.

TDtires handles product inquiries, quotes, order coordination, shipping issues and customer service. A quote request is not an order. Product availability, pricing and the customer's Progressive Leasing approval must be confirmed before we accept an order. We may decline an order before we accept it, for example because a product is unavailable, a price or description contains an error, or we cannot verify the information provided.

Customer lease payments, early-purchase options and lease cancellation rights are governed by the customer's Progressive Leasing agreement and applicable law, not by these terms.

Once we have accepted a binding order, we will not cancel it except in limited circumstances, such as a pricing or description error, a product that proves to be unavailable, or an inability to complete the order. If that happens, we will notify you, and the effect on any lease will be handled according to applicable law and your Progressive Leasing agreement.

Nationwide sales and shipping

We sell products nationwide. Shipping arrangements, costs and estimates are confirmed during the order process. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a specific date.

TDtires sells products. We do not install tires, and we do not provide roadside assistance or a local installer network through this website. You are responsible for arranging any installation you need.

Lease-to-own through Progressive Leasing

Progressive Leasing is an independent third-party lease-to-own provider. Its application takes place through Progressive Leasing's own secure process on its own website, and its approval decisions, eligibility rules, lease terms and privacy practices belong to Progressive Leasing, not TDtires.

Lease-to-own is not a traditional loan, and approval is not guaranteed. TDtires does not decide, promise or guarantee any approval, amount or terms. Lease payments, early-purchase options and lease cancellation rights are governed by your Progressive Leasing agreement and applicable law. Please read Progressive Leasing's own disclosures and agreement before you apply.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where the manufacturer offers them. They are set and administered by the manufacturer under its own terms, and coverage, conditions and claim steps vary by product and manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer's warranty information for your product.

TDtires does not give any additional warranty unless we specifically provide it in writing. Nothing in these terms limits any right that applicable law gives you.

Privacy, returns and refunds

How we handle the information you send us is described in our Privacy Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered in our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Ownership of website content

The text, layout, design and other content on this website belong to TDtires or its licensors, and brand names and logos belong to their owners. You may view the site and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially use the site's content without our written permission.

Third-party websites and services

This website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including Progressive Leasing and manufacturers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete, current or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TDtires is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this website or a quote request.

Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your location requires otherwise.

If you have a concern about these terms or an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute is not resolved, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires a different place.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and your continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
